FAQ’s
-
How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites are completed within 2–3 weeks. This depends on how quickly you can provide content (like business info, images, and preferences). If everything is ready, we can often deliver even sooner. You’ll get updates at every stage, from design drafts to final approval.
-
Do I need to provide all the text and images?
Not at all. While it’s helpful if you have content ready, we offer light content writing as part of your website package. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll guide you through it. We can also source professional stock imagery if you don’t have photos.
-
Can you update my site in future?
Yes – this is exactly what our £50/month Website Management plan is for. It covers small updates like changing prices, swapping images, or adding new services. Plus, it includes hosting, domain renewal, backups, and priority support so your website is always up to date and secure.
-
What if I don’t know what I want?
No worries! We work with lots of business owners who aren't sure where to begin. We can show you examples and guide you through every step to make the process simple and stress-free.
-
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We know cash flow can be tight for small businesses, so we offer flexible payment options. You can split your website cost into two or three payments if needed. Just let us know on your enquiry and we’ll work with you.
-
Will my site show up on Google?
Absolutely. Every website includes a solid SEO foundation, with clean code, keyword-optimised content, and mobile responsiveness. While full SEO campaigns are a future service, your site will be properly set up to be found by local customers and indexed by search engines.
